It's better not to join to this broker as I did it several months ago trying to get some good earning but trading in its platform is a disaster. In my personal experience, it used to freeze all the time and when you recur to customer service, simply they don't reply your concerns. Spreads are very high and I lost all my money due to excessive volatility in trading sessions.

I was searching for broker to open new account but suddenly I found rating of Scam for 5StarsForex. Let me share what they did with me. I opened an account with 5StarsForex 10 months ago. I deposited funds via credit card. After I had funded my account, I started to trade. However, after 3 days, I had some personal problems and I needed money. Therefore, I submitted my request for withdrawl. After request, the support team called me and told me my withdrawl is completed, I was happy. When 5 days left, I not received my money so I asked them and they said money is sent but my bank told me they not get anything. Form then, this broker has never replied me again even I send several emails but still they not give my money back.

The trading platform is fast and responsive and they also provide low spreads. I’m still not quite sure, if they are the perfect fit for me, as I usually don’t trust such new brokers with a lot of money.

This broker aren't stars at all, as their name implies, they duped me of my money. I deposited into my account 3/2/2016
only to find out that they are no more on MT4 platform, and the worst thing, I have not been able to login into my account
till date.

Better not join 5StarsForex. The services they provide is very bad, but the trader must pay $ 500 as a minimum deposit of funds. It's disappointing because very certainly not the many advantages that traders achieve. Brokers who are not professional and does not have a competitive value compared to other brokers.

The Bad:
Spreads aren't so good in normal times compared to other ECNs, and widen a LOT during news.
And the Ugly:
I have asked them several times about the status of their application for regulation. They promised to update the progress on their website but it has not been done.

I was very sad and angry with the fraud that 5StarsForex have done. I have one year joined with them, had done everything into their requirements for joined, trading with the analysis that they suggested, following bonuses and contests that they offered, but when I asked for withdraw, they wouldn't grant it. A classic excuse of most brokers, everything is useless!

I know they are pure scam. If you are trading with little amount, you can still escape the scam! you can never have success with this broker. They disabled my trading account and that of my friends. And be very careful in dealing!!! PURE SCAM!!!

Good broker with several trading instruments to use. I could get earnings in my first weeks as a trader. Reps are very helpful and always offer me new products or services.

5StarsForex probably has the best website from all brokers for help/info/training/market analysis etc. All brokers have their problems, but 5StarsForex have slippage
