I have found fast execution on ActivTrades's MT4 platforms and their spread are competitive for me, The platform is Integrated with many trading tools, indicators, and signals provider. while I have customized this platform with an EA. In the trading time, I didn't get any disconnection, so my EA works easily. I am happy with this professional broker.

I tried Activ Trades for four months and they are the worst broker I've ever traded. Last month my 3 trades on USD/JPY get stopped, when I checked the details I saw the most outrageous spreads I have even seen 60+ pips on every 3 orders. I lost my all funds and when I email them, they gave me an unusual reason and they can't help me. I will never ever trade with Activ Trades again.

I stop my trading with ActivTrades. There were a lot of problems that occurred during my trading with them. I couldn't close the order on my desired positions because their trading platform was terrible and hung. I called their support service, but they didn't solve that problem immediately. I was waiting for 20 mins to start my trading, and when it was back online, I lost $524 from my trading account, and there was no responsibility from them for my loss.

I opened ActivTrades broker account with a $200 deposit. I found that their MetaTrader 4 platform has delays in execution, and the spread is changing very fast during volatility times. I also had a problem with withdrawal also delays on the platform. I have called their support team, but they aren't available, or they close my call. Nothing good with them, and I will close my account at this broker.

Don't waste your money and energy on ActivTrades. This broker has a terrible trading environment. I already closed my account last money because I could no longer take the inefficiency in their services. Even in closing my account, I had to wait for two weeks until I got my remaining funds.

The trading experience at ActivTrades is absolutely amazing. You can clearly see that the company put a lot of effort in developing their platforms so that we can have a smooth trading experience. However, they still need to work on their customer relation. I have encountered a few representatives who are a little rude and impatient. It is very discouraging.

Opening an account at ActiveTrade wasn't easy and affordable. I chose this broker because their reviews tricked me. After experiencing their trading services, I realized how unfortunate I am for finding this broker and trading with them. They have the worst order execution on the platform, and it's not running smoothly at all. Once I withdraw my balance from my trading account, I realized that the fees are high, and the support team is so undependable. No more trade with them, I don't want to trade with a broker who only runs behind money without providing good services for clients.

ActivTrades said that they have tight spreads but so far, upon trading with them for a month, I haven't seen a trading fee that is lower than 4pips yet. If you will be investing for long-term then this might not bother you but it is still disappointing that they are claiming something that they could not deliver.
