I can feel comfortable trading with AxiTrader, they have a very trouble-free and quick order execution platform. Also, I can deposit and withdraw via a lot of payment systems. I tried an EA and my profit reach doubled. I also like their low spread, sometimes it is less than 1 pip. Execution is instant and has no requotes. Some slippage occurs on big news releases. Any type of trader should try AxiTrader broker.

I have a live account at AxiTrader, according to my experience, their MT4 platform is extraordinarily fast and I got profitable signal on their website. I have been trading with a paid and my trades are opened/closed with profit. I made a total profit of $2K from deposit of a $1K. Yesterday I did a withdrawal of $350 and it takes two hours to get the money in my hand. I am extremely satisfied with AxiTrader broker.

Have an account with AxiTrader for 5 months. Last nfp news place an order using ea and I got a profit $515. But they have stolen all of my profit, and have blocked access to the account. I log into live chat, their client support told me that they cancel my profit and blocked my account because I used EA on news time. I asked them to send me the clause but he did not reply to me and closed the conversation. So I would say don’t waste your money and time here.

Now it is time for me to close my account at the broker. I do not want to be a victim like any other trader. My orders take up to 15 seconds on average before telling me "off-quote". And now they suspended my live account with no authorization or warning of any kind. Many traders who say they lost all their money. many traders were repeatedly contact customer support, but they did not respond. Support can't help you with something that is supposed to be there all along but isn't. They can't help you even when it's supposed to straightforward. They won't care anymore after depositing. The broker had made me lose everything. I think it will be successful when join with this broker. but it turned out the opposite happened.

2 years ago, I started to trade with Axi Trade, and I always have bad trades with this broker. I was having problems to log into my live account and when I login in the next day, I lost my profit. They also disable the execution during those high volatility. I contact them but they keep ignoring all my email and calls. The platform doesn't work properly and you get so many re-quotes. Axi Trade has stolen 3-4 pips from all my profitable positions. I'm trading an ECN account and apparently all my trades need to go 3-4 pips beyond my take profit level before they close out. Typically trades will be closing out just 0.2-0.5 pips or so beyond the take profit level to cover spread. Just leave this broker and looking for better.

AxiTrader was my broker for a year. I thought that all the losses I made were due to my own trading mistakes but I realized that there were several trading activities which I did not make myself. Apparently, the broker was controlling my account without my knowledge which is why my losses escalated.

AxiTrader has a promising trading platform and tools however, their customer support care is not very impressive. I was having trouble in my trading activities a week ago and I tried to ask for assistance but they were not responding to my messages. I tried through the live chat first then when no one answered, I proceeded to sending an email. It was only this week when they finally answered.

They are not professional. I didn't receive 100% of bonus on my first deposit. I lost all my money with them because they alter all your orders in platform and then when you ask for a solution, all emails are ignored. They do not paid me my affiliate commission over $5,600 and they do not paid my customers, too, when they asked cash out of the profits. They wouldn't allow their traders to withdraw until whenever. They will never respond you or everyone.

Trading with AxiTrader is great. I am able to make my trades without interruptions and I can often trade even during news announcements because their platform is very stable. However, I am not very pleased with the delays in the withdrawal transactions. I made two withdrawals from this broker already and both were delayed by about a week.

The trading instruments they have are not detailed and consistent. It is a problem that often hinders my trading process. I don’t think that I will continue with them and currently looking for other broker. I have stop to trade with this broker from now. My experience with this broker was bad with floated Spreads. Most of the time trade order delayed more than 15 seconds. I lost a lot of money from this technical issue. I try to call them on phone, But there was no answers.
