FreshForex has proven to be a trustworthy broker. Low spreads, and dependable transaction posting. Has excellent MT4 platform. I think their commissions are very reasonable. Another important trait for that they have is the accessibility and outgoingness of their client support. Very happy with FreshForex

Last time, I made a withdrawal $700 at FreshForex via Wire transfer and I have to wait more than 7 days for processing. It was really annoying but I was okay for the first time. The second time I used Bank transfer for withdrawal still delayed. Not a good broker for scalpers as they always have service interruption issues. The trading platform loads long and can suddenly freeze so that you can no longer exit or take advantage of the market price. And I was very disappointed because one of my positions was cancelled yesterday.

I have been trading with this broker and I really faced a difficult time during the withdrawal. I had a common account with them and on top of that I am not a scalper for which they would mind to do the profit withdrawal. They closed my account after 2 months and seized my complete profit including my equity and gave some unknown reasons in the email. I have been approaching to Fresh Forex with my complaint but they choose to ignore it. This broker really cheats their customer’s with false promises. I hope I can receive my deposit money soon. So I do not recommend them. I would not recommend this broker, and I wouldn't invest more money in it. The system ofted does not execute my SL and TP orders and it results in substantial losses from time to time.

My money is unclear until now, I am very disappointed but I will continue to wait until my money back and I also hope Fresh forex fixed spreads to make the trading process easier and profits so sure. I feel the spreads are too high from time, especially in major currencies. Besides they also disable the execution during those high volatility so I can not close my order or to make a withdraw too for about 2 weeks. And also the demo trading contest is a bit difficult because the leverage is quite high. After I get my money back, I will stop trading with this broker.

Compared to its competitors, Fresh Forex is lagging behind. The broker cannot keep up with the last advancements of technology which is why their platforms and other trading tools are terrible. Thankfully, I was able to leave this broker early.

8 out of 10 I would check for another updates of their liquidity providers as the amount of commission is always changing but in a good way. Some can be a bit larger bit not that harmful and some ECN commission can be getting tighter.

What about the deposit bonuses they offer? Well I only suggest the drawdown ones since it is useful to hold more risks. This can be taken advantage by the beginners for a better trading experiences on their trading account.

Dealing with FreshForex was a mistake. I deposited $500 on this broker and now, I am having trouble withdrawing it. The broker does not want to release my money and they are not providing any reason. I don't like their trading platform that is why I decided to close my account but the broker is not letting me go.
