GTOptions is not a recommended broker. I'm a beginner and I started to trade at GTOptions broker. I'm doing scalping, and it's so frustrating trading with them. Their platform is unstable with slow order execution, and they don't have a good trading environment that enables easier navigation for beginners. The tools are also confusing, spreads get higher sometimes, and they took quite big commission fees. I don't feel satisfied with GTOptions.

I must say that GTOptions is a scammer. I have never experienced any unprofessional treatment with this broker in the first year, but my case happened 3 months ago. I couldn’t get money when I tried to withdraw $500. Therefore, I contacted their support, and they confirmed that the amount had been successfully transferred. However, I got nothing when I check my account. I continued sending them emails, but they ignored me. I had waited to receive money for 1 month, and then I decided to close my account. Unfortunately, I couldn’t close my account, and I lost all my money with $800. So be careful, do not trade with this broker. I tried to talk to their support about my problem, but they didn’t do anything. They are so bad. I advise traders who find a reliable broker to trade with and stay away from GTOptions broker.

When I started trading with GTOptions 5 months ago, I enjoy the trading system and the training they give that really help me to do trading. They provide educational webinars and seminars aimed to teach beginners the basics of forex trading. In my first and second month making trading, I deposited about $200 and I could have a profit of 40% so far, and I intend to trade within my possibilities and get more. But in the night the trading platform is not that stable, it has a slow execution and there are some problems when I stop my orders. Especially if I do trading with mobile applications, then the system will be totally error, their connect and disconnect all the time. almost every trading I get into trouble, it makes me hesitate and wonder, do I have to continue trading at this broker? Or should I look for another one, because it seems they will not fix the system.

GT Options is not regulated. Trading with them would be too risky so I opted to look for another broker even when their services seemed promising. I still do not want to risk my funds on a company that does not guarantee security.

No reason to continue my trading with GTOptions broker. I had the worst experience in Classical account last month. As my order didn't execute in my preferred position, if I have used an Ea, it was hanged due to the huge spread. So always, I have missed the profit. While I had invested $250 and earned $345, but GTOptions refused to pay my profit. When I tried to contact their support, they didn't solve this issue. I am so disappointed, at now still waiting to get my money back.

To be honest, I want to close my account at GT Options so bad but I couldn't because they are still not releasing my money. I want to close my account because of their faulty platform but I have been waiting for several weeks now and I still haven't received my money.

You will not be able to trade smoothly at GTOptions. Take this from someone who had been trading with them for almost a year. I was patient and hoped that there will be an improvement in their trading services, but there was nothing. I only kept losing my funds because of the errors in the platform. I finally gave up and thankfully, I was able to get back the remaining money in my account.

GTOptions is one of the best option brokers I have traded. Their SpotOption platform is so organized and very handy, price feed is exact. With my deposit $800 I made profit around $632 for 2 months. Last Thursday I requested a withdrawal my profits of $480 using Skrill and I got it after two hours, overall I am very satisfied with GTOptions broker.

GTOptions has a high minimum deposit, but I don't think it's worth their service. They didn't serve the client well, the platform they provide is not working properly. Slippage was very terrible, before it was only 2 pips but now it was up to 15pips higher. When I talked to the support, they told me that it's normal due to the market because it was volatile. I wanted to close my account and withdraw my funds, but they keep on delaying my request. So disappointed with how they treated me.

A representative from GTOptions contacted me and tried to convince me to invest with them. I check their website and did a little research about the broker and I was disappointed. They have received a lot of complaints particularly on their trading platform. It seemed that the traders had a hard time trading because of the terrible platform. Good thing I did my research. I saved myself from this wasteful investment.
