I'm not pleased with Premium4X services and trading system. I used to trade in MT4, but their platform is awful. Platform freezes when I close my orders, as I experienced requotes and slippages so many times. I also lost a lot of money due to their wear system and terrible platform. I decided to close my account at this broker because I don't want to lose more money. Stay away, Premium4X is not a recommended broker.

In my opinion, Premium4X’s platform isn't safe for investors, As the spread increased suddenly and it moved up to 10-80 pips. So my profitable orders can be going losing position. Although they increased the spreads without notification. I have also faced payment issues and my withdrawal freezes for two weeks through the Qiwi account. So please invest safe broker.

I opened a real account at Premium4X with $1500 deposit. Last month I requested to withdraw $950 from my account. However, they denied my request with so many technical reasons. Disappointing. In the end, I waited for them to fix their system. They said it would take them 3 weeks. After 3 weeks, they haven't transferred my profit to my account. I thought that they had tricked me, and I tolerated them no longer. Even though I was in need. I immediately wanted to close my account at this broker. I won't trust this broker anymore. For traders, be more careful with this broker.

The reason I am closing my account at PremiumFX is their terrible platform. It always malfunctions and the company is not doing anything about it. They only acknowledge the complaints but never take any action. At this rate, I won't make any progress in my trading activities.

Premium4X is totally unprofessional and not helpful at its best and just plain rude at its worst. I noticed that suddenly they froze my trading account, no idea what's happening there. I have called their customer support, but instead of helping and showing concern, they kept telling me that it's my fault. They are not helping at all. I think they need serious personnel to revamp and should hire people with good work ethics at least.

Premium4x is not a good broker that I've ever trade with. They don't provide good trading conditions and platform. Their execution is really slow, all my orders mostly closed in a different position, and I lose my balance because of that. Since I joined them, I can't recover all my losses, So I had to close my account at this broker.

What's good about Premium4X is that they are regulated. However, I think that they still need to make some improvements in their trading platform because it often gets bugs. Sometimes, it affects my trading activities already. Apart from that, everything else is good with this broker.

I have just open account in Premium4X for two months. I have been trading with $560 and till now I have never faced any problem with them. They provide the MetaTrader4 trading platform, which is excellent, all the major pairs and then some, a very good selection of indicators, and EA's, or expert advisors. Fills are good and in two months my live account is up 110% using EA's., I made a withdrawal of $250 yesterday and money was in my Skrill account within two hours. I am satisfied with Premium4X.

I will never trust Premium4X anymore. I had been trading with them for more than four months, and I was trading in GBP/USD currency. I started to trade with them, and from the beginning itself, I got into trouble while trading. The trading platform is unstable, and I can't put my order in my desired positions. Their spread also high, and it's really hard to customize their platform. I gave up trading with them, all I got is only lost. I closed my account at this broker.

It is great that Premium4X does not have a limitation on the starting capital so you can start an account with any amount you can invest. However, you should know that this broker charges high trading fees. Their spread is too wide and sometimes it is not reasonable anymore. This is honestly a deal-breaker which is why I am closing my account already.
